Returns & Exchanges

At Juniper Print Shop, we want you to love your art; however, since all prints are custom-made to order, we can only accept returns on physical items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that digital downloads are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Package Your Print

  Carefully place the artwork back into its original protective tube or flat packaging to ensure it is not creased or damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship via your preferred carrier to our fulfillment center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item and confirms it is in original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
