What is the difference between a paper print and a digital download?
Paper prints are professionally printed on high-quality matte paper and shipped to your door, while digital downloads are high-resolution files sent via email for you to print at your local shop or at home.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard processing for physical prints takes 3-5 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer framing services?
Currently, we specialize in high-quality art prints and do not provide framing. Our prints are designed in standard sizes to ensure you can easily find affordable frames at most major retailers.
What is your return policy?
Because our physical prints are made to order, all sales are final. However, if your print arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement.
Can I use your digital downloads for commercial use?
No, all Juniper Print Shop files are for personal use only. You may not resell the digital files or use the artwork for any commercial purposes or product branding.
Which file size should I use for my digital download?
Each digital purchase includes multiple aspect ratios. Please refer to our size guide included in your download folder to ensure you select the correct file for your specific frame dimensions.
